eQuipt provides dedicated telephone and email support during normal operating hours
 


eQuipt help desk is located in Sydney and provides English language support (phone and email).
 


eQuipt organisation includes audit services, we can willingly accommodate all OEM audit requirements
 


 eQuipt has tools, systems, and processes to provide robust methods of delivery and returns. This will be largely controlled within our dedicated software platform. Each item can be tracked during shipment. Items of high value or sensitivity can include GPS tracking.
 


eQuipt can accommodate tool loan period extensions via the online ordering platform at no cost


eQuipt has checking procedures to ensure items are delivered in a complete status, this includes associated components. Further, we can accommodate bundled components as specied by the OEM. eQuipt software can also provides the Dealers with recommendations for hire/purchase. For example: ‘Dealers also ordered with this item tool ABC123XXX.
 


eQuipt checks all tools upon return, damaged items will be reported to the OEM, Dealers will be expected to cover the associated costs. In the event of transit damage or loss, items are covered by eQuipt insurance. All tool replacement will be sourced from Bosch Australia only.
 


eQuipt can support body repairers. We can also support non- participating repairers in the event the OEM has a stranded customer.
 


eQuipt can accommodate EV tooling, our software can support safety instructions or documentation requirements for Work Health and Safety Regulations. We can also provide operational instructions and user guides
